Return & Exchange Policy

At Majestic Biopharma, we are committed to providing high-quality products and protecting our customers' rights while adhering to the health and safety standards applicable to skincare and haircare products.

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • If the product packaging has been opened, the protective wrapping has been removed, or the safety seal has been broken.
  • If the product has been partially or fully used.
  • If the product has been damaged due to improper use or storage after delivery.
  • Products purchased as part of clearance sales or special promotions that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.

2. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  1. Receiving a product different from the one ordered.
  2. Receiving a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect.
  3. Missing items from the order or failure to receive one or more purchased products.
  4. Receiving a product that is expired or has an unacceptably short remaining shelf life.

In these cases, Majestic Biopharma will bear all shipping, return, and exchange costs.

3. Timeframe for Submitting a Request

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice or order number must be provided.
  • Requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

4. Conditions for Return or Exchange Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The original packaging and all accompanying accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. The request will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, detailed instructions regarding product collection and shipping will be provided.

6. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and the return request approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Majestic Biopharma.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Majestic Biopharma.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return and exchange policy outlined above will apply.

Important Notice

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, opening or using a product constitutes final acceptance of the product. Therefore, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects or order fulfillment errors.
